Our 5 Day Detox Program is a great periodic cleanse for maintaining your Health.
Our Physicians recommend this Program particularly for people who do have a fairly healthy lifestyle and do not feel run down and are looking for a prophylactic measure to reduce the effects of accumulated toxins from day-to-day stress and environmental factors.
The Program consists of a 3 Day Juice Fast and Daily Ayurvedic Treatments. Both prepare the body for the release of toxins. A liver flush medicine, given on the evening of Day 3, works on the liver, gall bladder, kidneys and intestines. Therapeutic Yoga and Meditation Classes support the detoxing and cleansing effect of the Ayurvedic Treatments. The last 2 Days will focus on strengthening your digestive system through nourishing food and the removal of residue toxins from the colon through herbal enemas. Due to the additional 2 Days, the 5 Day Detox Program works slightly deeper than the 3 Day Detox Program.
