1. Limitation of Liability
You expressly acknowledge and agree that PT. Amrtasiddhi Pusat Ayurweda Bali (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), along with its directors, commissioners, and employees, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any other losses arising from: (i) your acquisition of any product or service; (ii) information or services obtained, or that you were unable to obtain; or (iii) any other matters related to the information or services booked or acquired.
2. Personal Declaration
You acknowledge and confirm the following:
• You will provide truthful and accurate information regarding your current state of health and your medical history to the best of your knowledge.
• You understand that, while the Company and its staff will perform all services to the best of their abilities, the program or service you have enrolled in cannot replace any medical treatments or medications prescribed to you by other healthcare professionals.
• You agree to indemnify the Company and its directors, commissioners, shareholders, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, clients, and assigns of each against any claims, damages, injuries, illnesses, or losses, including associated costs, arising from your participation in a program or receipt of services offered by the Company.
3. Ayurvedic Programs
Details concerning your program, including the program deposit, program fee, accommodation, and other relevant information, are initially outlined in your reservation offer and subsequently confirmed in your booking confirmation.
3.1 Program Deposit
The program deposit is due in full within 48 hours of our sending you the reservation offer. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. The Company will issue booking confirmations only after receiving the full payment of the program deposit. If the deposit is not received within the 48-hour timeframe, your program slot will be released, and you will forfeit your entitlement to the program slot offered by the Company after the deadline has passed.
3.2 Outstanding Program Fee
The outstanding program fee must be paid in full at the time of check-in. We accept the following payment methods:
(i) Cash (in most common currencies; daily exchange rates apply)
(ii) Credit Cards (including Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and JCB)
3.3 Incidental Charges
Incidental charges refer to expenses incurred from the procurement of services or products that are not included in the standard offerings of a particular program. Examples include special treatments or therapies, private tuition, or herbal remedies for use after your program. The Company will always inform you of any incidental charges, and it will be your decision whether to purchase these additional services or products. Such charges will be added to your final bill, and you agree to settle all fees by the last day of your program and prior to checkout.
3.4 Program changes by the Company
The Company reserves the right to modify the program layout, change the consulting physician(s), or postpone your program. In the unlikely event that the Company postpones a program, you may choose to attend the same program at a later date or select an alternative program, subject to availability for both options. Your deposit will either be refunded in full or credited toward the same program or your chosen alternative program.
3.5 30 Days Deadline
If you are unable to attend a program you have booked with the Company, you may choose to cancel or postpone your participation. It is essential that the Company receives your written notification at least 30 days before the scheduled program start date, in order for one of the following options to be applicable:
• Attend the same program at a different time, subject to availability (replacement program);
• Participate in an alternative program offered by the Company (alternative program);
• Substitute yourself with another person who is not already enrolled in a program with the Company (substitution program);
• Request a refund for your program payment or deposit. A refund administration fee of IDR 500,000.00 (Five hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah) will be applied to all refund requests.
• Replacement, alternative, or substitution programs must commence no later than six months after your initial program start date as indicated on your original booking confirmation; otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited.
3.6 Program Cancellations less than 30 days before your Program start
If you are unable to attend a program that you have booked and you notify us in writing or any other way less than 30 days before your program start or if you fail to provide us with any notice of cancellation prior to your program start, 100% of your deposit will be forfeited. There are no refunds, neither partial nor in full, of payments made by you to the Company.
3.7 Program Cancellations on the first day of your Program or later
If you are unable to attend a program that you have booked and notify us in writing or by any other means less than 30 days before your program start date, or if you fail to provide any notice of cancellation prior to your program start, 100% of your deposit will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued, whether partial or full, for any payments made to the Company.
3.8 Program Cancellations by the Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel your program participation, including your accommodation, in cases of serious misconduct on your part or if you violate the Company’s Terms & Conditions or Rules of Engagement (RoE). If the Company cancels your program for any of the aforementioned reasons, you are required to vacate the Company’sproperty immediately, and you will not be eligible for any efunds, whether partial or in full, for payments you have already made to the Company.
3.9 Changing booking details of your Program
Booking detail changes are:
i. Date changes
ii. Change of the Program type or length
iii. Changes and cancellations related to your accommodation
All changes are subject to availability and have to be submitted in writing to:

3.9.1 Changing booking details before your Program start
Once you have received our reservation offer and submitted your deposit for your program, you are officially registered, and your program is considered booked. If you wish to change the details of your booking, the following conditions apply:
3.9.1.1 30 days Deadline
If the Company receives your request at least 30 days before your program start date, changes will be made free of charge and will be subject to availability.
3.9.1.2 Less than 30 days before your Program Start
If the Company receives your request less than 30 days before your program start date, the following terms apply:
i. Date Changes
If you want to change the start date of your program, all program types up to and including 12 days of length will be considered canceled and there are no refunds, neither partial nor in full, of payments made by you to the Company. For all longer programs, 50% of the program deposit will be forfeited and the balance amount, together with any other payments you have made in relation to your program, can be either credited to a future program or service offered by the Company or refunded. Replacement programs must be commenced no later than 12 months after your initial program start date as specified on your initial booking confirmation, otherwise, your deposit and any other payments you have made in relation to your program will be forfeited. Refund requests are subject to the standard PayPal fees.
ii. Program Changes
If the program duration of your newly chosen program is longer than the program you originally booked and you keep your original program start date: you are obliged to pay the difference in price. No administration fee applies. This option is subject to availability. If the program duration of your newly chosen program is shorter than the program you originally booked and you keep your original program start date:
you are obliged to pay for the accommodation costs related to your original program booking plus the program costs of your new program. An administration fee of US$ 60 (+ tax and service charge) applies. If you want to change the length and start date of your program: section 3.9.1.2 (i) “Date Changes” applies. If the program duration of your newly chosen program is shorter than the one you originally booked and you keep your original program start date: you are obliged to pay for the accommodation costs related to your original program booking plus the program costs of your new program. An administration fee of US$ 60 (+ tax and service charge) applies. If you want to change the length and start date of your program: section 3.9.1.2 (i) “Date Changes” applies.
iii. Accommodation Changes and Cancellations
If you have booked accommodation with the Company as part of your program and would like to change rooms within the accommodations the Company offers, you have to pay for the room upgrade if the room is of higher value and you may ask for a refund if the room type you choose is of lower value. If you, for whatever reason, cancel your accommodation, you are obliged to pay the full program price quoted on your booking confirmation and you have to cover all costs related to your new accommodation. There are no refunds, neither partial nor in full, of payments made by you to the Company.
3.10 Changing booking details after Program Start
3.10.1 Program Changes initiated by the Physician
After reviewing and assessing your state of health during the initial consultation, our Physician may recommend a change to your program. If you agree to the proposed program change and availability has been confirmed, you will be required to pay the difference in price if the alternative program is of higher value. Payment is due before the Company begins making arrangements for your new program. If the alternative program suggested by the Physician is of lower value, the difference in price will be refunded or credited to your account, with no administration fee applicable.
3.10.2 Program Changes initiated by you
If you, for any reason, change the length and/or type of your program on the first day or at any time thereafter, you will be required to pay the difference in price if the alternative program is of higher value. If you choose an alternative program of lower value, no refund will be provided, neither partial nor full, for any payments made to the Company. Furthermore, if you have not yet paid for your initially booked program, you are obligated to pay the full program price quoted in your initial booking confirmation. Please note that program changes are subject to availability.
3.10.3 Accommodation Changes and Cancellations
If you have booked accommodation with the Company and would like to change rooms within the Company’s premises (subject to availability), you will need to pay for the room upgrade if the new room is of higher value, and you may request a refund if the room type you choose is of lower value. If you cancel the accommodation you have booked with the Company for any reason, there will be no refunds issued, either partial or full, for payments made. Additionally, if you have not yet paid for your program in full, you are obligated to pay the full program price quoted in your initial booking confirmation and are responsible for covering all costs related to your new accommodation.
4. Other Services:
- Ayurvedic Consultations, Ayurvedic Treatments, Theta Healing, Coaching, Yoga & Meditation Tuition -
4.1 Fees
The fee for Ayurvedic Consultations, Ayurvedic Treatments, Theta Healing, Coaching, Yoga & Meditation Tuition is payable in full at the time of booking.
4.2 Payment
Payment must be made in full via credit card, cash, or bank transfer at the time you book your appointment.
4.3 Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted via email no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
4.4 Refunds
4.4.1 No Refunds
Refunds are not available, whether partial or full, nor can any value be exchanged for other services under the
following circumstances:
▪ If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
▪ If you fail to attend your appointment.
▪ If you cancel your appointment at any point during the provision of the service.
▪ If you have already received the service
4.4.2 Refunds for Single Treatments, Single Treatment Combinations, Ayurvedic Consultation, Theta Healing, Coaching, Yoga & Meditation
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel the service via email at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
4.4.3 Ayurvedic Treatment Courses (Single Treatments & Treatment Combinations)
Single treatment fees or fees for single treatment combinations will apply if you cancel any treatment(s) or treatment combination(s) that are part of a package or course of treatments or course of treatment combinations.
4.5 Arriving late
Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened service duration. No refunds will be issued given if the Company completes the service at the scheduled time and any reduction in service time is a consequence of your late arrival. You will not be entitled to claim any service or product from the Company to compensate for the shortened service time due to your late arrival.
4.5 Herbal Prescriptions
The Ayurvedic Consultation service fee does not include the cost of herbs prescribed or any additional services.
