To avoid this, you should pay attention to a diet corresponding to your Ayurvedic body type. During your stay with us you will receive a nutrition plan with individually prepared recipes. Our Ayurvedic recipes are not only quick and easy to prepare, but also taste delicious! In addition, they are all vegetarian and often even vegan. All recipes are developed by our Ayurvedic physicians in conjunction with our in-house kitchen team and build on a long tradition of Ayurvedic teaching. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner – with us you will find the right recipe for every time of the day!

Our Ayurvedic recipes are based on traditional Indian cuisine and are perfect both as a main dish and as a side dish. The use of herbs and spices is an important part of Ayurvedic cuisine. However, all ingredients are used here not only because of their taste but also because of their health effects. In Ayurvedic teaching, food should satisfy the senses, but more importantly, it’s main function is to promote and maintain health.
