Add all the ingredients (flour, ghee, warm water, and sea salt) into a bowl and mix well to form a dough

Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes to get a soft and smooth consistency

Divide the dough into lime-sized balls

Coat the dough balls with some flour and spread the dough into 10cm circles with a rolling pin

Heat a pan and place the dough circles on

Cook on both sides for 1-2 minutes. Spread 1/2 tsp of ghee over the chapati during cooking
