Ingredients for 4 – 5  Servings

  • 2 Cups

    of Atta Flour/Whole Wheat Flour

  • 2 tbsp

    Ghee

  • 1/2 Cup

    Warm Water

  • 1/2 tsp

    Sea Salt

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients (flour, ghee, warm water, and sea salt) into a bowl and mix well to form a dough

  2. Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes to get a soft and smooth consistency

  3. Divide the dough into lime-sized balls

  4. Coat the dough balls with some flour and spread the dough into 10cm circles with a rolling pin

  5. Heat a pan and place the dough circles on

  6. Cook on both sides for 1-2 minutes. Spread 1/2 tsp of ghee over the chapati during cooking
