With crispy arugula, carrots, tomatoes, walnuts and fine goat cheese, this salad provides colourful and healthy variety on the plate. Preparation

Mix olive, thyme, marjoram, apple cider vinegar and salt.

Wash and tear the rucola and watercress, cut cherry tomatoes into halves, grate the carrot, and put in a bowl.
