    Rucola

  • 30 g

    Watercress

  • 30 g

    Carrots

  • 10

    Cherry tomatoes

  • 15 g

    Walnuts

  • 35 g

    Goat cheese

  • 1 tsp

    Olive oil

  • ¼ tsp

    Thyme

  • ¼ tsp

    Marjoram

  • ½ tsp

    Apple cider vinegar

  • ¼ tsp

    Salt

Preparation

  1. Mix olive, thyme, marjoram, apple cider vinegar and salt.

  2. Wash and tear the rucola and watercress, cut cherry tomatoes into halves, grate the carrot, and put in a bowl.

  3. Pour the Dressing over, sprinkle chopped walnut and goat cheese. and cherry tomatoes.
