Ingredients for 8 Servings

    Pineapple

  • 1 tsp

    Garam masala

  • 1 tbsp

    Ginger

  • 1 tsp

    Chilli powder

  • ½ tsp

    Turmeric

  • 2 tsp

    Salt

  • ½ cup

    Palm sugar

  • ½ cup

    Water

Preparation

  1. Grate the pineapple, put in a sauce pot and start cooking with medium heat with ginger, salt, turmeric powder, and chili powder.

  2. Cook for 15 min.

  3. Add palm sugar and garam masala, simmer for 10 min.

  4. If too thick add ¼ to ½ cup of water.
