Sesame Tofu with sautéed Bok Choy

Ingredients for 1 – 2 Servings

  • 1 clove

    Garlic minced

  • 200 g

    Bokchoy

  • 100 g

    Firm tofu

  • 1 tsp

    Sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp

    Oil

  • 1 tsp

    Soy sauce

  • ¼ tsp

    Salt

  • ⅙ tsp

    Black pepper

  • ⅙ tsp

    Chili flake (optional)

  • 2 tbsp

    Vegetable stock (liquid), if powder ⅙ tsp

Preparation

  1. Heat the oil in an iron pan or wok and fry the garlic.

  2. Add tofu and brown the edges.

  3. Add chili flakes, blanched and cut bok choy, Soy sauce, salt and pepper, and vegetable stock. Cook on high heat for 2 min

  4. Add toasted sesame and turn off the flame.
