Sesame Tofu with sautéed Bok Choy

Chili flake (optional)

Preparation

Heat the oil in an iron pan or wok and fry the garlic.

Add tofu and brown the edges.

Add chili flakes, blanched and cut bok choy, Soy sauce, salt and pepper, and vegetable stock. Cook on high heat for 2 min

Add toasted sesame and turn off the flame.
