    Young coconut meat

  • ¼ cup

    Cashews soaked

  • ½ tsp

    Turmeric powder

  • ⅙ tsp

    Cardamom powder

  • 2 tbsp

    Coconut cream

  • 3 strings


  • ⅙ tsp

    Nutmeg powder

  • ½ cup

    Water or oat milk

  • 1 tsp

    Chia seeds

  1. Blend all the ingredients together with ½ water or oat milk.

  2. Serve with coconut flakes banana and chia seeds.


For Kapha, skip coconut cream and change cashews to almonds.
You can replace young coconut meat with 1 tbsp of dried coconut.
